Doctor in human sciences Léonard began his university course in STAPS where he obtained a master's degree: EDUCATION AND MOTRICITY. In it, he specifically addresses the link between emotions and learning. Since 2005, he has been teaching university and engineering students. He carried out the pedagogical engineering and the animation of numerous training courses. He has the certificate of aptitude for aeronautical education.
Leonard is a qualified Facilitator in Positive Discipline for Parents.

As an emergency doctor, she is passionate about education and the Montessori pedagogy that she studied. In 2014, she founded the association "Le Village d'EVA" which works in Mayotte for access to education for more than 600 children from kindergarten to college by making the Maria Montessori pedagogy accessible to those in need. After studying at ESSEC Business School, she decided to act locally in favor of the development of children by creating The Seeds of Happiness at CANEJAN.
